Would redirecting work in this case?

I want to eventually rent out my page to local seo clients, I have seen the plugin on source Css, but do not want to be limited to that number of clients. So my question is, Would me redirecting customers for my clients from my page which will hopefully be ranked high to my clients page work? For example, would I be able to redirect customers for my clients from my website I.e. "website.com/Newyork" and they would be sent/redirected to my clients full site and still have full use of my clients site (including other pages I.e. Contact us, about us, etc. and still have full functionality such as clicking on their email and it still working to send my client an email?)
I understand investing in my business and spending a little to get great functions, but I have a problem with being limited to the number of clients!
Would I be able to redirect without needing to put in my clients Dns server number?
