Non indexed links have influence in SERPS?

We can see thousands of people selling link building services in sites like fiverr or seoclerks.

But some of these links arent indexed by Google, for example, profile links, social links, some free press releases links and much more.

We cannot see these links in any backlink checker service, like Majestic or Ahrefs, even less in GWT.

The question is: Google considerer these links?

I saw some studies a few years back that showed that non-indexed links that have been crawled can help with rankings. Keep in mind this was a few years ago. Obviously if Google doesn't choose to index a page then it doesn't see the page as very important so I doubt they put much stock in the links on the page but it doesn't mean that they are given no value at all.

From my experience non indexed links have never influenced my rankings. 99% of fiverr sellers use these kinds of links which is a shame because newcomers to IM won't know the difference.

Maybe they do, but if you think about it, probably not in a positive way.

I/we/you only know what those third-party tools tell us about links, as the SE's run on links, I can only imagine what type of anti-spam resources and databases Big G may have for link tracking purposes making it easy for them to crush sites with spammy link profiles.

That's like saying you have one billionth of a dollar.

    Does it really matter?
