Recently i registered a expired domain. which is 5 years old.

But, when i add my domain in Google Webmaster i found many NOT FOUND Page.
Thare have also soft 404



My qsn - Its will bring bad effect For SEO Rankin?
2nd qsn - How i can remove all NOT found page and soft 404 page ? Can i remove all at Once?

    If you really have broken links on your website means first remove those links or else create pages for those links.after this process go to webmaster tools and there is option called fix broken links then submit.

    There's a plugin in wordpress that redirects all 404 pages to the homepage.

    I use this on my main money making site to make sure that if I ever break a link in a post, at least the plugin will 301 redirect to the homepage. Google does not like 404 pages, so your answer to your question is yes it plays a role in rankings.
