local SEO: Do tracking numbers cause problems with NAP/Citations?

I want to put a different phone number on my yelp profile (and other similar directories) but I'm concerned this will confuse Google because the NAP (name address phone number) will be different on the yelp listing.
Is this a valid concern? If so, is there any way around it in order to track phone calls from different sources ( other than asking them on the phone of course)?
