Need help for craeting Dofollow backlinks

I am now woking on SEO for my niche site. Some expert suggests me that I need to create mostly Dofollow backlink for ranking my site in Google. But I can't find which site can give Dofollow backlinks. Recently I increasing backlink by commenting different blogs related to my niche. But I found that all the links are Nofollow. I am afraid about this situation so need help from SEO experts.

1. How can I understand which type of link will give to my site before commenting a site?

2. What is the negative effect of Nofollow backlinks?

3. Should I remove those Nofollow links from my site?

Please, experts, are requested to solve my recent problems. I will be grateful.

    The social media gives you the no-follow backlinks, please don't remove the no-follow links which are from the social accounts that are helpful for your website traffic as well as to tell the search engine for your website is natural.

      Thaks for your advice. I am thinking to get Dofollow links by guest posting. But it seems quite hard to me that - How can I understand which site accept my post and how can I tell them I wanna post article their site?
      I have tried more than 20 sites by their contract from but no result.

    If you have only dofollow links then its is harmful for your site. Maintain a ratio of 7:3 of Dofollow and Nofollow.

    Always comment on high DA sites so that they can pass high quality link juice to you.

    Nofollow backlink doesn't adversely affect your site, it might help to get more traffic to your website. and if you using Black Hat SEO method, you should balance dofollow and nofollow backlinks.

    Always Try to get Do follow links from high authority relevant websites. If you have any no follow link but it belongs to high authority website never delete it. It also help your website to get rank.
