local business seo advice ?

i have just launched a new plumbing company in my local area (uk) and was wondering if any one has any advice on what route route to take in terms of seo ,
the competition is fairly low but my site is only a few days old , can anyone oint me in the right direction or offer me a service , many thanks

    Make a list of phrases people use to search for your services.

    Create pages where you use such phrases in the right place (Google onpage optimization).

    Look into silo structure

    (Google one of your keywords with a city in front or after and look for yelp.com pages... Often, they have more than one pop up, and look at their structure and where the keyword pop up on the page (right click and look at the code too).

    Study what whoever is #1 for your keyword has done... Duplicate. Then get 1 link more than they have.

      And a Google+ page as google ranks these pages at the top.

    You Should be able to get listed in local business directories and setup your profiles with a link back to your site.

    This is put you in front of people who are already looking for your service and has the added benefit of some light SEO which might be all that is needed.

    Create the social pages on your company and get popularize over the social groups that are relevant to your niche!
    Share your company page on the UK based relevant facebook groups to get more views.
    Set your on-page SEO in the right way and post your company URL on local directory submission sites.

    Make sure you set up a Google+ page for your Business and fill out ALL of the information they ask for and post some updates and join circles/networks. I think you can now verify your companies address through G+ now but make sure it is verified in connection with Google Maps & Google Places and make sure you fill your G+ profile with the proper keywords. Create some blog posts that are about your local area focusing on your keywords, linking to other local biz sites and make sure to optimize ALL of your images by adding in the town/county/city in the name and description of the file. I suggest going to BruceClay.com and searching his Local SEO guides, also has a lot of expert Local SEOers speaking at SMX.

    I think at first you need to learn from famous and largest about SEO such as: searchengineland, searchenginewatch, searchenginejournal, Moz,...they're all giving free basic SEO techniques that you can follow. After that, you should build your own website with your domain and hosting, try your best to practical as much as possible.
    I believe you can get the archive after some months you try hard.

    Yes SEO tools can help you to increase Google ranking of your website. if your competitor is not too aggressive, you might even find yourself in the top of google search results.

    Since it local, focus on location targeted keywords.
    Target each city you like to give service and create a subdomain for that city using your target keywords. For instance:

    main site: plumbing.com keywords examples: plumbing service uk, uk plumbers
    Cities targeted:

    Birmingham :
    website: birmingham.plumbing.com keywords: Birmingham plumbing service, Birmingham plumbing
