Time to see results SEO

I'm trying to improve my website in Google, 20 days ago I changed my profile links and I'm still waiting for results. How long should I wait for results ?
Is it better to increse links or still wait if after a month i cannot see any results?

        I trying to do SEO on my few websites in one time to find faster good way,

        1. ecommerce, site 246
        2. website on WP, site 4
        3. website on WP, site 3
        4. landing page, site 1

        landing page and ecommerce is a regularly updated,

      after increase backlinks average time to see results is near 14 days ?
      example 1st of August i put few links and after near 14th of August should I see results?
      if nothing happens after 14 dni should I put more few links ? or wait ?
