Multi language and multi currency urls

Hello,
I have CS Cart and I am trying to build a multi language and multi currency site.
The problem is that I see cs cart adds this when clicking on a currency, example:
domian.com/?currency=EUR
domain.com/?currency=USD
domain.com/?currency=GBP
I also see that google DOES pick this up on other cs cart ONLINE, sites with currency urls and same content.
What is the best way to make google not index these urls? and is this bad for SEO?
I love cs cart!, but I am just trying to make my site more SEO friendly.
