To get the most out of your link building efforts, you should focus on getting links that are dofollow, contextual (eg: within an article that is relevant to your niche an keywords), placed on sites that have high DA (Domain Authority), on pages with high PA (page authority). A site's TF (Trust flow) and CF (citation flow) are also important to look at. If the domain has your keyword (eg: weight loss) in the URL string of the page on which you can place your backlink, that is also a plus.
