I simply want to find out as soon as my website has got the 1st place on the Google search for my particular targeted keyword. After that, what kind of activities I have to accomplish to preserve that ranking?

    One way to maintain your page rank
    which I have tried and it work for
    me all the time is to ''Targert the right keywords''

    More:

    Take the time to analyze or outsouce the keywords
    that produces coversions and page rank. One way to
    do this on your own is to have analytics software
    installed on your website so that you can see how visitor
    are interacting and finding your site.

    Often business target broad, high-volume keywords that convert
    well ,instead of ranking keywords based on multiple of volume
    etc.
