Hello everyone, we are looking to outsource our SEO needs. I am sure most of you have experience with certain companies or directly work with them. I wanted to know which companies are the most reliable and I will experience the least problems through communications, understanding of my projects needs and so on.

I did contact some local firms and they are fairly expensive (around $1,000/ month). If I am able to get more for the money if we outsource it is something we will definately consider. But like I said I am worried about the communications barrier and how reliable they are, so if you have experience with any and would recommend them please let me know.

Thanks!

    Hi,

Did you try Elance or rentacoder.

They seem to be fairly reliable.

Do a Google search for reviews that others have posted.

Yes Rentacoder.com is a great site, and you can view people who bid and pick the most qualified person. They are also ranked according to how they work, kind of like ebay with the ranking.

Little homework required before you choose any coder.

    Coder minimum requirements

    1. Check minimum 10 ratings (MUST)
    2. Ask past client reference minimum 3
    3. Top Coder Certificate: Qualifications to be a "Top Coder". (Check logo)
    4. Check for Expert Rating certification (check SEO logo)
    5. Coder must pass the Google Advertising Professional Exam (Optional)

If you don't get above then be careful.. I'm sure you will get right Coder.
Once again, look for top Coder + 10 ratings + Ad words professional or, Expert Rating logo 2+ minimum 3 reference website to check.

Please advise. If you have any issue finding right Coder. I always do this kind of job.

    Best of luck

Some members here have SEO companies. TrafficSage.com is a service from two great members of the WarriorForum, Ron Douglas and MikeAmbrosio. I don't know your budget but they have two package ($297 and $497 per month). I have not used their service but was considering giving a try in the future.

if your trying to do SEO for Less than $1K per month, try finding SEO companies that have a-la-cart pricing. that way you know exactly what you get, there are deliverables, and communication and deadlines are crystal clear.

hi I do advanced SEO work for private clients, I spend hours on research. But my main tool now is Market Samurai for research and also rank tracking to give the client the feed back/results quickly and in more detail then I could ever deliver.

I would ask to see at least 10 of their client sites and they would all have to be ranked high, first page. Personally I never just do SEO work, the pages and the content need to have call to action and opt in.

All I heard was $1k per month I didn't hear what the workload was, the 1k might be a good price. When you outsource, i'm guessing you're talking about outsourcing to another country. If this is the case you can expect all the links you get to be in jibberish. I have a client who I am trying to fix what some overseas company did. PS this is not a sales pitch I'm not taking clients on at this time.

Are you intending on using a range of individual freelancers or one SEO company?

I've outsourced through elance.com before and found some reasonable people through that. Finding individuals to outsource to will always be hit and miss though.
