Good price to charge for Google My Business listing setup?

People actually pay for something that simple to do? I tried everything I could think of for a search for services to do this and all I found is countless free articles that show people how to do it, themselves. I never did find a company that charged to set it up.

Yes, you can make good money setting up Google My Business (GMB). However, Google has started somewhat connecting all their platforms together. It is in fact somewhat confusing as to what Google is really up to. As of this post, I'm not sure what they have planned. So, I have put the set-up of GMB, YouTube (Video Marketing), Google+ all in one package. We are charging $1,397. However, I'm finding that not to be enough for all that we've included. We provide our clients complete graphic design across Google properties and whole lot more. We've noticed that most of the traffic coming to our GMB platform is to the photos we have uploaded. So, we make sure to brand all photos we upload to GMB. Then we create a series of videos (3). Of course, this is all beyond GMB. We offer a 15% discount for payment in full and then negotiate terms.

Yo bert. You seem like you know a thing or two about business.

If the guy doing it for you is really great, id pay a good price.

I don't personally do it for anything less than 5k..and that is to my friends of friends.

It takes about 15 minutes to set one up. Why in the world would anyone pay $5k for that?

Yeah, that's what I was trying to convey in a nicer way. If you can't set up something this simple, your odds at succeeding are pretty slim. I guess there are suckers out there. I cannot fathom any service of any kind that I would pay $5,000 for except maybe building a custom eCommerce platform for me.

Just set up or do you come up with the photos and videos? Do you get them in the 3-pack?

Shouldn't this be part of a bigger thing? Because, if you're just setting it up, you ain't doing much for them.

setting it up is the easy part, making it rank in search results is the harder the part and charging should be based on your ability to achieve this.

Well shit, you won't get an appliance repairman to come out to your house for less than $100 just to knock on your door (no labor, no parts... just showing up).
