Hi! I am handling a website that has a search form that has an option to search a 'category' & 'location'. Is it okay that in the blogpost I will link the target keyword sample "restaurant in australia" in the search results from the search form? If no, why? If yes, how will you optimize the metatitle, metadescription or necessary metas from the search result? Please help.

Yes it's ok to link to internal search pages but personally I'd noindex those internal search pages. I know big sites like ebay get away with ranking internal search pages but I wouldn't risk my site/domain trying to do the same.

I don't see this being a issue. The search term you're going after has low search volume so you won't affect much. Just make sure to target all your SEO efforts for this term onto one page, rather than spreading all of the efforts across say 20-pages.
