If you site is new then google will not penilize your site. But your article will not rank in search engine .
Best way to create a copy/paste article is copy and paste article from page 9 and 10 than mix all of them.
You can also copy/paste article from forums .
Best way to write article without getting peniliized is using some PLR article .
You can inbox me to get a log of PLR article .
I have a lot of article and books on you rsubject but I don't use that.
    Thanks in advanced

in my recent experience, Spun articles ( even 100% unique ) start off well for amonth then dissapear from google. I dont know how but google can tell the difference between the spun ( 100% readable and good content ) and brand new content. From my recent experiences it clear they can.

I would not recommend doing that with someone else's content. You can use PLR, and spin it for your website, but even this is a method that I would not recommend. If you use someone else's content, you are plagiarizing it even if you mix it up. You should focus on creating unique quality content if you plan on ranking in the search engines long term.

      Forget PLR for SEO.

PLR is where an author sells the same article to 10s/100s of people so odds are the more copies of the PLR being sold the more SERP competition you'll have, all with the exact same webpage/content/PLR.

Most of that stuff (PLR) will be buried in Google Supplemental SERPs (duplicate content, word for word) where it will never be found by search traffic.

I have no idea why someone would pay money for an article (ex: PLR) and then spin it for a ranked money page. Doesn't make any sense. The bounce rate would be 100%.

That would be a fail If you're just copying/pasting snippets of already ranked pages, assuming your own backlink profile for the exact URL you're trying to rank is weaker than the competition ranked pages.

You could get away with stripping out all the stopwords and break the copied text down to the real keywords and then mix all the competition keywords together where they're out of order. That would pass any Google filter (SEO) but it's going to be incoherent for traffic.

Solution: remove the stopwords from competition content and use the keywords as a starting point (list) for creating your own content.

I'm actually working on a Windows desktop app right now that removes stopwords from content. I might post more about it later when I get further along with the app.

BTW, the list below are examples of stopwords, words that aren't important.

you have to ask yourself a question:

what is more important to you: a ranking based on gibberish and you show up on 1st page, and loose all or any credibility the same moment they hit your page

or something you really want to say, and you have to wait for it a little longer
to been seen by usually clever and discerning real people?

you decide. do it now, save yourself some valuable time,

If you mix different articles by directly copy pasting from websites then the content might get penalized by the latest Panda update of google. If you comprehend the content from those sites and then post it on your website, then it works.
