I have plenty of sites, all of them have Sitemaps.

There is one in particular which I forgot to add Sitemaps since the beginning. Today I added it (after 11 months).

Do you think it will increase the organic traffic?

Most of my pages were indexed as I checked the Google Console.

It won't make a difference. Honestly, 99% of websites don't need a sitemap.

Unless you have awful site structure and a lot of orphaned webpages, it will not matter. Google does not rank sites based on them having a sitemap or not.

You're fine like Mike said, no harm done. Sitemaps are helpful, because it tells the search engine how often to expect updates and changes to the pages it crawled. If most of your pages were being indexed, you most likely won't notice any difference.

Remove your face from your palm, you're good.

I don't use sitemaps on most of my sites; they do not make any difference.
The only ones I do use them on are large dynamic ones (forums)

Sitemap will make it easy for search engine (and visitors) to discover all your pages. But since you already got indexed, I think it won't make much difference from SE point of view but it is always recommended to have one as this is a good SEO practice.

Sitemaps just help Google find the pages to index them, if most of your pages are indexed, then it's not an issue. Since you submitted the sitemap, you can always go into Google webmaster tools and it will tell you how many links are indexed vs not indexed.

There is no need to add sitemap. As your website is properly crawled by the search engine. This will not make any difference in keywords ranking. Sitemap is used only for the proper crawling of website.
