How do you find high PR + dofollow blog posts to comment on?

Hi Folks

I'm just curious to know if any of you have any techniques you'd like to share about finding individual high PR blog POSTS that aren't NOFOLLOW in their comments?

I believe Angela's backlinks package used to contain such posts, but she stopped giving them out since they were abused by... shall we say... "overzealous" marketers who couldn't even be bothered leaving a half decent comment.

So the question is, how do you find your own? (I don't mean forums, or blogs, I'm specifically referring to blog POSTS that have high PR).

Hey Paul - sometimes I get some really decent PR follow-blog and news alerts I can comment on via the keywords I have set up as phrase-match in Google Alerts.

    Hope that helps!

I also use Google Alerts and just Google in general. But, I don't look for just a "do follow" blog post. Instead, I look for posts I can comment on (and have something to say) and go from there.

I don't leave "awesome blog" or "Wow, that really helped me" comments either.

Today's PR 0 could be tomorrow's PR5 or whatever. Probably not the best tactic, but I stopped caring about a post's PR at the time of visit and just go about my business.

The easiest way is to review the backlinks of people you think are engaging in such activity.

For instance, type in '**** berry' into Google, and look for internet marketing type sites. Review their backlinks and I'm sure you'll find plenty of do follow blogs
