Adsense Noob

Hey guys,

I've never used Adsense before but I'm currently contemplating adding it to 7 or 8 of my sites.

Should I do this progressively or will adding it to all of these sites at the same time be okay?

I definitely don't want my account to get banned or anything like that.

    Adding it to all of your sites at one time is fine. There is no penalty for adding many sites at once.

      Agreed I have adsense running on several sites/blogs and launched four blogs with adsense in 1 day, my account is still active just a little slow

    You don't get banned for adding Adsense to any site that complies with their TOS.

    You may spend a lot of time adding the code. I'd suggest to start small with a few ads in prime spots on your best blogs. Create channels then test and scale from there.

    You do NOT want to just plaster all your site pages with Adsense. To make money with Adsense there is a lot of finessing of the Adblocks, and tracking is extremely important.

      Since you now have 7 or 8 sites to put adsense, you should take the opportunity to do different placements for different sites. Then make a study later to find out which sites do better than the rest. As you know there is a lot of testing to be tried out to find out which type of ads get the most clicks or CTR. This could be your best chance to do so.

    Be sure to also add required items like privacy policy etc. at the same time you are inserting the adsense.

    adsense is a pretty good way to get it out there just don't abuse it to much.. i believe there are penalties but i may be wrong.
