Website Google targeted traffic?

My website www.androidtoptips.com has based on android tips and tricks news etc which can hep people in anyways! I mean the name says it all. When I signed up for google webmaster tools I selected my targeted country as India, cause I belong from India and so does the website, however as an initial start up my prime focus was Indian audience. however, I'm not sure what's wrong with my google targeted audience in google webmaster tools. I've selected India as targeted country but I'm getting maximum traffic and visitors from the USA. strange! I understand that website is a .com so it's open for all countries around the globe. But can anyone explain why does this happen?

PS : I know that content is a king, keyword building is Queen. However, apart from this any new thoughts, Ideas to make it better, feedback, do's, don't, pro's & cons for website is welcomed, No matter if its positive or negative, I'll really appreciate your feedbacks in comment section below, But just a small request don't be mad at me if in case I'm doing something wrong or things which need improvement, be Kind enough to help me cause I'm a noob in this SEO market, so any expertise review for my website would be great! also,can someone also suggest which keywords would rank my websites higher, I'm bad in Keyword research even though I read tons of articles on it, so if anyone can give me best keywords for my website that could rank my website higher in near future is much appreciated.

    Choosing India in Webmaster doesn't mean you would only get traffic from India . That allows you to set your geographic target if your domain name is not country-specific. But all it does is tell Google which area you want to target in SERPs. It will have no effect on visitors, and certainly can't be used to block visitors from other countries.

      Thanks, Yes I'm trying to do that but choosing the right keyword always a confusion! for example my homepage url is androidtoptips.com, so I choose android, android tips as keywords, but when I check for the keywords position checker its no were in top 30 google search results. which is annoying, Cause google ranks a website in top 30 which is no more active who have not even posted any articles for months. hence I requested if you could do a little research on best keywords for my website (as per the content I have) that would be a great help, Cause the way I'm going right now I feel I won't be able to compete the big fish out there. Please help!

    Yeah since you have chosen India that does not means that you will get traffic from India only. If you really wish to get Indian traffic you should focus on content that would benefit Indian.

    Currently by looking at your website I can see most of the articles are around APKs if you are going to monetize it with adsense just be cautious as if you will provide download links of cracked or modded Apks then you can be in trouble

      Thanks, Yes was just curious that what makes a difference by choosing a targeted country, My maximum traffic is coming from US. Also, Apks They are not modded, its free games/app which directly opens google play store, giving credits to game/app developers for their work. So no hack or mod game/apps on the website. So i hope no issues with google adsense. :-)
