Hello,

Does improving your content hurt your search ranking? I write stuff then days later I re-read what I wrote and make little changes here and there but not to the actual title or the url.

You can update your content in case you have new ideas to add in it. But it's better not to publish unless you are fully satisfied with your post content.

Pro Tip: Don't Update URL, H1 Headings. If it's necessary to update then better to write a new post

I am actually researching this right now. I wrote a review on a product and a newer version of the product is coming up on 8th November. so I updated the old article to reflect the new one. I will post my observation. In a few days, I will let you know if it ranked..Really cool question. Although articles can be improved.

Improving content will not hurt your search engine ranking. Don't change your urls and titles

      That's not entirely true.

Google ranks pages by what they find on the page, changing the page can skew the SERPs.
