Is too many links from social media bad? Uh

So when I created my Tumblr bot, I was under the impression that all the links were going be good. My bot posts a total of about 200 posts per day, or one per 15 minutes. Each post contains an image that links to my site, and about 30% have various text that links to my site.
I've done a bit of SEO but not a lot besides that since I launched my site. Since that results in a ton of links from a Tumblr and I don't have many high trust flow links, my site's trust flow is 4 and citation flow is 16. From what I read trust:citation shouldn't be lower than 1:1.5 ideally, and mine is 1:4.
Should I start disavowing in these links? Should future posts use nofollow links? Should I write a bot to go back and remove the links or change them to nofollow?
