Hi, I have recently started a web based business and needless to say being totally inexperienced in SEO am clueless as to what needs to be done. One thing I am sure off is that this needs to be taken care off by an expert but unfortunately we don't have a budget to employ someone as of now. So long story cut short I am attempting to do whatever I can myself.

Coming back on the topic (hopefully you are still reading ), my business is operational in India so does google prefer that backlinks are from sites and blogs in the same geography with regards to SEO? Do irrespective of geography all links carry same weight (considering all things are the same)?

The same geography means the same language.

    Google loves natural links.

What do you think if a site has Indian language link to a site contains English? It seems unreasonable and unnatural, right?

Most of the sites in India (including mine) are in English so language shouldn't be an issue
