Help With My Authority Site!!!!

I NEED HELP!!!! I am extremely new to SEO and online marketing and would like some guidance as on how to use LongTailPro and Google Keyword Planner. If the keyword competitiveness for the top 10 sites is in the 40s does that mean there is no hope of me being able to rank high on google? Other factors such as the monthly search volume and what the other top 10 sites are providing do not prove to be a problem in that they are offering awesome content or precisely what I wanna offer. I can post pictures if needed.

    Spend some time getting to know this forum. Use the search function to see countless threads and posts on every topic imaginable. Check out all the sub-forums for advice from people with experience. All the answers are here but no one can really do your homework for you because (1) they don't have the time, (2) they don't know your niche like you should, and (3) they don't understand your business and your goals - what you want to accomplish.

    You will be bale rank for any keyword after you have done a detailed research by this I mean you will have to do a detailed search with regards to this so that you have effective restuls.

    I would advise that you get some training with regards to long tail keyword because that is what will give you breakthrough in only marketing and perfect SEO.
