What happens if there is no code " do follow" or " no follow" before my link in page code, is that considered as do follow or not?

    If your a href link rel=' ' contains nofollow then it is nofollow otherwise if it is blank then it is dofollow.

    if you did not add do follow code & no follow code so by default do follow tag mention & google will start passing value to links
