question about ranking result in another country ?

hello
i have website which is ranking in the first page with my main keyword, while i testing it in another country which is similar language and head of the website business ranking in the 14 page
i searched a lot of this issue but i can't find any solutions
can anyone help me to tell me what is happening

    Well, this may depend on lots of factors, and it`s natural you won`t rank the same way in different countries. Firstly, the keywords you are aiming for may have different competition level here and there. Second - is whether your website is as relevant in the other countries as in yours.

    Basically, you should determine the list of countries which are really crucial for you to rank in, and then make sure you have what it takes for each one in particular, optimize individually.

    In case you have a business with several offices for instance - it might be a good idea to create separate directories for each, and specify the physical addresses for each category separately so that the pages won`t compete with each other, then you should think of some location-oriented keywords/phrases (you should pay attention to keywords` local efficiency/competition stats for each target location and mind the difference) and optimize each category`s content/titles/meta data for a specific location individually.

    Here are some suggestions to rank specifically in one country
    The first 2 points could be important or not depending on case by case basis (depending on competition, branding strategy, etc)
    - Try getting the site hosted on that country's IP/ server
    - Try using that country TLD
    - Get lot of social signals form that country - country directory links, links from same country hosted sites.
