Rank on 1st page after publishing article, after couple of days lost ranks/index

Hi everyone, i have a problem with seo and actually no idea what's the reason. I have a website in small niche, dedicated to nootropic supplements. When i write a new piece of content, usually about 1k words long, it gets indexed fast within hours and got 1-2 page rankings instantly.
But after a couple of days, these pages lost all rankings or even get deindexed. They index again after some time but almost not rank. For example, i had an article with kw "cycloprolylglycine" it was ranked on 1st position instantly. After ~3days i was deindexed, indexed again after ~10 days but it does not rank for "cycloprolylglycine" keyword at all. If i search for this kw i can find my category page with page excerpt, but not my article. Recently published article and got rank on 1st page for "cerebrolysin side effects" kw, and guess how it is ranked now...

All my last articles got the same problem. I publish an article on the website, then publish a link to it in Reddit (those links get upvotes/good comments, so i assume my content is interesting and informative for people) got a lot of traffic from those links, according to GA there is also ~6min average time spent on page. Got indexed fast with good rankings. But after some days i lost all rankings, and i have no idea why. I didn't purchased any 10.000 backlinks on fivver of something like that. Whats the possible reason for such disrespect from the search engines?
I got information that this could be google honeymoon, but still why i am not ranking with 1-2k article for low-competetive keyword and even get deindexed sometimes? Like some kind of penalty, but i dont see any in console

    When I read things like this I often wonder whether a person was signed into their Google account when they checked the rank the first time and was signed out when checking later. If you are signed into ANY Google property, your rankings are often considerably higher if you have visited the page or website before.

    Also, Google frequently ranks pages that are getting a ton of traffic higher than normal and when that traffic dies down, the pages fall in the rankings. The key is to sustain the traffic, which is pretty hard to do.

      No, i don't sign out. Also, it is not only the matter of ranking, some pages get deindexed after fast initial index with high rank.

      If the reason for high initial rank is traffic that may be the reason, because after posting link i may have 100-200 visits daily for this page but after a couple of days the visitors flow from this link begins to disappear as it should.

    Are you using any rank tracker to track the rankings or you just checking it manually only? Also I feel you should work bit more on OnPage Seo and follow some Silo structure.

      I check manualy with my browser, also check via isearchfrom.com and seocentro.com . Actually everything a bit better now, rankings closer to the good initial rankings what i got and the pages are indexed. But still, low impressions for some low competetive kwords, despite i have a 1-2k long articles just for them.

    Keep moving forward...It'll come around if its worth it and you're not actually making some silly mistakes like buying fiver gigs or doing anything really stupid..

    Endlessly checking is just an excuse for you to not take more action and move forward in business.

    EDIT:

    1-2k word length? Can you tell me why word count would help you rank? Because i was looking at the new iphone 7 page on apples website..it has like 50 words and they rank #1 for iphone 7.

      LOL. Really? You're comparing Apple's webpage with only 50 words to his 1-2k webpage and you're wondering why Apple can rank a page on their own product with only 50 words? Okaaaaaay.

    Interesting question. I have the exact same problem - after I publish the post, it appears on page-1 ranking within 5 mins and it stays there for 24 hours. Then it disappears from SERP completely.

    Then if I do 'Fetch as Google' from Webmasters, it reappears on page-1 again and stays for 24 hours and then gets lost.

    Do we need to keep on pinging the page in order to sustain the ranking? I never tried that.

    It does NOT happen for all of my posts but only SELECTED posts only.

    Does anyone experience this problem and what's the real reasons? Does anyone know how to avoid this? Is this a Google Dance?
