Help me clarify something about web 2.0's

Hey just trying to clarify some info
When building web 2.0

like tumblrs, weebly, etc

To my understanding to avoid raising flags you should make sure each has a profile set up and is not using the default theme right?

How many post do you need to have on your web 2.0 that do not link to your money site?
Which 2.0 sites are best or are they all the same?
Can you link to your money site in more than just 1 post per 2.0 site?
Do you need post that do not link to your money site?
What is the best way to juice these links? is simply submitting the urls to google enough?
Could I for instance make 8 post on a web 2.0 site and have 5 link to my money site? and would those 5 links count as 5 individual 2.0 backlinks?

Sorry for so many questions lol

Also "Electric Scooter Reviews" as an anchor text on a website about skateboards......

If you're really trying to make it..stop reading so much theory. Make 1000 web 2.0s and come back with a new question.

No one is going to tell you anything worth your time here except for a few individuals . Anyone whos had a lot of success with web 2.0s is not on here answering this question.

Also you would be a fool to listen to anything unless youre sure that person is crushing it in that field.

Don't be afraid my son. Go forth . Experiment.
