My website is often penalized by google? How to find the exam reason behind this?

My website was penalized by google 3 times in 30 days. I am not getting why it is happening. Please help me to solve this issue. I have small doubt at spam links. I am unable to check spam links of my website. Please review my website http://www.govtjobexams.com/ and please inform me is there any spam links or why my site is often getting penalty.

Thank you for replay. My site is dropping from search result for a weak and then it is self adjusting automatically. This kind of problem i am facing since 3 months. I am not getting why it is happening. How could i solve this issue.

If it is often penalised might be you adopt black hat SEO techniques or built spammy links. That is the main reason.

Based on my data sources, your site was impacted by Google updates happened in October and early November. But since 15th Nov it seems all good and your visitors are back as it is. It happens so many times with so many websites. Though if your website didn't recovered than it would have been worry but all seems good for now I guess.

  I 100% agree with you, but yesterday also my website is disappeared from search result, now it is back, but as per guess my site will get same issue on 16th december 2016. Because from october i found every month 16th my website disappears for 1 weak and on every month 4th my website disappears for 1 day. So i want to override this issue. I want to make full stop for this problem.

Your homepage displays the beginning of your latest post at the top... In other words, your home page content keeps changing. Google's reacting to that.

Wanna stay put? Make a static home page.

Wanna stay put at the top of page 1? Make a static homepage and do great SEO.

Wanna stay put at the top of page 1 and make money?

Make a static homepage, do great SEO and get good (useful and well-written and presented) content.

This is one of the sentences on one of your pages: "Telangana BC Gurukula Teacher Notification 2016 is a good news for Telangana Job seekers who are who are getting ready for latest Telangana Govt job exams 2016"

Can you count how many times you used the word Telangana? How about the phrase who are?

It would be more beneficial if you went and searched the latest news on google penguins panda updates so that you can make necessary adjustments. Google rewards relevant useful content which is pretty much based on consumer interaction.on the flip side google tends to slap sites that produce irrelevant content and also the over usage of keywords (keyword stuffing.)
