        But on a serious note, the higher it is, the better. That being said, it always pays off to be prudent about it. Make sure you check the backlinks pointing to the domain to see how it fares.

        You can use majesticseo.com to check the backlinks to get more of an idea.

      You can use MozBar. It's a browser extension. It will show you PA and DA for the page you are viewing, plus it does a lot more.

    Keep in mind that Domain Authority is a totally invented metric. It has nothing at all to do with Google and is something that MOZ invented as a way of comparing how authoritative one site is versus another with the way they think Google's algorithm might work.

    There are instances where it works well in determining a site's power of influence and others where it doesn't. It's better than nothing, but don't cunt on it being definitive for every single niche or keyword phrase.

    For me Domain Authority number of blog is
    1-9 less then 10 is Poor, do not get link from these sites. mostly use for negative seo
    10-15 not bad you can get link from these sites
    15-25 Decent and cheap backlink sites.
    31-40 Competitive
    41-50 Good
    51-60 Strong
    61-70 Excellent
    70 plus is Awesome.

      High DA has absolutely nothing to do with rankings and Google does not consider it as a ranking factor.

    Moz metrics of DA can be easily influenced i would rather go with Trust Flow of majestic, Moz DA has issues giving blast of GSA SER would easily give you DA 10+
