Ranking advantage through Domainage

Hey, I found a fresh dropped Domain without any Backlinks. I can't find anything with ahrefs, but I know that the Domainage is about 12 years.
Do I have any advantage if I take this Domain? I heard often that the Domainage is important for a good ranking, but without any Link?
At wayback i saw the site was only one time online, 12 years ago. Then it was a big gape of years. Than only a Hoster parked them.
Is it useless to take this Domain?
What do you think about it? Which experiences have you done with expired Domains? :-)
