I bought a domain a few weeks ago that is a great fit for my niche.

Got VERY lucky on this one too btw. My niche is super competitive barely anything left.

(also got lucky with my money site)

Domains 18 years old. Great name. Few solid backlinks.

I want to build this domain up and eventually link to my current site..

Do I have to take it down the PBN route? I mean i expect to make it a monster just like my current site.

Ideally i would like to link it to my current webmaster tools..analytics ..etc etc. is..that fine? Seems fine. just looking to avoid making a mistake here.

What do i do?

    It's fine in the sense that there is nothing wrong in owning two websites that link to each other but you will lose pretty much any seo benifit from google between the two sites if you put them both under the same analytics account.
