Trouble:Blog indexed but not getting visitor

Maybe YOU know your subject - in your own language. If you want to attract an English speaking audience - you need to provide a much higher level of language usage than is currently on your site.

Your site sppears to have been run through an online translator - much of the text makes little sense in English. That's not something you can fake.

Your competition in the health sites market are talking about the same diseases - but using proper written English to do so.

If you cannot hire competent writers fluent in English - do yourself a favor and target your site to those who speak your native language.

So, to answer your questions, to get visitors you must:

1. First and foremost, have interesting articles that your consumer base wants to read. This breaks down to proper grammar, keyword research based topics, high definition pictures, and a strong layout.

My tip: make your website and articles top notch, THEN pursue the traffic. Once you tackle that tip, you can now worry about securing traffic.

2. Traffic to your website can be built in a number of ways :

+ You can pay for advertising and hope for click throughs. If they click to your website, then you must hope for conversions (depending on your route of strategy).

+ You can target keywords that are highly searched, but with low competition. You then build (or outsource) backlinks in order to (hopefully) secure your position on the first page of Google; thus giving you organic traffic.

BUT WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID - I can't stress this enough - do a lot of research and decide what you can do to meet your required needs. After very quickly reviewing your website, one of my main concerns would be your grammar. If you plan on targeting a US based audience, I recommend outsourcing your articles to writers on websites like IWRITER.COM.

OK I am sorry but the English on the website is horrible. Maybe an article spinner was used?

Also, the site does not have any decent links.

You won't get traffic to the site unless these 2 issues are resolved.

Good luck with your efforts. At first you need to see if you've targeted the right niche or not. Now see the frequency of content. e.g. you post content on daily basis or just randomly.

Then what's an average length of your content?

Try to hit some ideas that should entice the audience and shouldn't be very common.

Try adding some pictures (where necessary)

Writing for the sake of writing will yield no fruit. In fact try targeting some keywords.

Above all, be unique and don't go for spun stuff.

I don't think you understand how bad the content is on the site - or perhaps you think it doesn't matter.

I'd suggest you take a few articles written by first language English writers - run those through your "spinner" to translate into your language. I expect you'll find they make little sense after translation.

There is no point in getting links and traffic to a site that has nothing to offer visitors.

First, the content on your blog now is created by you or copied from other site?
There are 2 situations:
1/ Content is copied
2/ You don't focus on right keywords (Right keywords is the keyword that you want to be the main idea of your content, and it must be the concern of many people - that they will search for on Google)
From 2 reasons, your page will appear on very very far Google list, so your customer can't reach it.
