Can I Sell my local Site on The Marketplace

Hey Everyone,
I recently made local website and done some SEO to it and now it ranks for 100 terms in top 3 google spots. It's an surgery based directory site which targets local surgery business who can rank out page for 250 USD, for showing up 1st on Google for their business term. Just an overview.

I make these types of sites and sell them to clients. So here is my Qeustion, can I post a sale thread about this site in the worrierfourm marketplace ? It might sound stupid but I'm bit worried since all the sales thered are selling products which can be brought multiple time. My site can only have a 1 buyer that's it.

Again sorry guys I'm not that familiar with forum marketplaces and not shore how they work

    I think you can do that besides I am not much aware. Can I ask how are you monetizing the website and what is the asking price you are looking for?

      Hi and thanks for replaying.
      The site is based in the rank and rent method. The site is already ranking 1st and all you have to do is rank it. This can be done by cold calling local surgery business and say to them "Hey I noticed that you are a plastic surgeon in oak wood (for example) and I'm ranking 1st for your plastic surgery term and we are getting people who are in need of the plastic surgery. But I have a problem I'm not plastic surgeon so would you like me to send you those costumers"
      This was a short example I will provide you with the full script and if you don't want to do the cold calling but you can hire someone from upwork. 250 USD is very reasonable price since a plastic surgeon from only one client can generate abut 4000-8000 USD give or take. I have seen people charging about 500-1000 usd per month for only one page
