I have website, Style and Fashion and almost 5 month i working on it, lots of keywords within 5th page and 2 of them on second page, i gave lots of backlinks but not indexed, also lots of web 2.0 but still not indexed.
1)how to get first position
2)how to indexed web 2.0 quickly
3)can some one provide me backlinks list that i can get do follow link
4)and if i sell the website how much it can worth?
