As you know G (I don't want to let their spider crawl this thread) ranking has to include few criteria and you need to get it right for the keywords that you want to rank. Secondly, G likes lots of fresh contents and also blogs. All these are the basic requirement and you already got it right.

The blogs that you have posted I assume you have included Hubpages.com and Wordpress.com because G like these 2 sites very much. Don't forget to social bookmarking your site as they can boost your website to search engine visibility and it does help ranking.

I don't know what do you mean by posting new blogs? It is suppose to update your content frequently so that your site will rank higher.
