Hi Everyone !! Is website renovation harm for website ranking? actually i want to renovate my website , now it is in ranking if i do some changes in my website then it harm for its google ranking or not.

    It is normal when the rankings was affected due to renovation within your website because of the changes but if possible permanent 301 redirect will do or establish the new site page/s.

    It's not if you still remain the site's structure and its content.When changing website's URLs you should use 301 redirect to remain the link benefit. Try not to change the internal linking or menu structure on your website.

    Yes, it can somehow affect your rankings. But if you keep your content intact and use 301 redirect, your website's gonna be just fine.

    There might be some affect. But it will be temporary I think. If you are changing URLs then don't forget to put 301 redirect. Though, still your traffic will drop a little bit in either case. But it will pick up again or might grow as well in long run if overall quality improved through redesign.

    The ranking of a website doesn't get affected if the URLs didn't change. Even the content should be changed wisely so that it didn't divert the readers who are its potential customers from a long time. There must be a usage of 301 redirect, so that it can help the website to hold the viewer's attention on the website for quite a long time. Changes on a website are important & it must be done on regular intervals. It's effective for augmenting its rank on Google search engine.
