Why Have My Rankings Dropped?

Hi folks,

Hope you are doing well.

My site was doing well 2 weeks back. All keywords were doing good. From 2 to 3 days, we got suddenly dropped in our search ranking, mostly high-volume keywords dropped. Why so? Confused .

Any reply would be really appreciated.

    Agreed, there've been some chatter in the SEO community about rankings/traffic turbulence recently. But these are all still theories about unconfirmed Google algorithm update. So hard to say what can be the exact reason right now. Meanwhile you may want to review your backlink profile and content quality.

      Actually Google has recently updated it's algorithm. This is a big update. Generally this types of updates affects ranking. You should stop link building right now and after some days get back to work.

    Yeah, it's true there is a chatter going on.My keyword rankings also dropped.

    chatter is going on.. but still, check your webmaster tool to sort the errors with your website. Look into the sites that have been ranked front while your rank is dropping.

    We have made major changes in few pages of our website at that time. These pages have been entirely replaced with fresh content and also made some changes in their meta tags. This is the reason of ranking dropped?
