Right now, I am trying to customize my blog for SEO and I spent 3 hours on looking on how to remove the H1 tag from the title of my post without success

I run the free report of the site https://seositecheckup.com/

The report show me this

Your page contains many H1 tags. H1 tags should re-inforce the intended topic of your page to search engines - too many tags may make the topic less clear, or look like spam tactics. Consider using less than 5 H1 tags. The current H1 tags are listed below:
You want to be a publisher in the world of cryptocurrency? You have many choices!
Many ways to buy bitcoins That should not be too hard to get it in your wallet
Central banks why they dont like bitcoins and what they can do about it!
The beginning of my journey with the cryptocurrency Monero Start from nothing yourself!
The 10 most popular cryptocurrency right now The spotlight on the planet earth from the sky!
CryptoGames My review about this gambling platform for your extasy!

My blog is chesatochi.com

That result is only relevant to your home page and is because you are showing snippets of multiple posts on that page.

Will that page be negatively impacted? Possibly, but...

    WHO CARES!!!!

It's only one page of your site, and it's less important than any of the pages where your individual posts are contained. Those are the ones that have content that is relevant to the keywords defined for those pages, and you want anyone searching for a unique phrase to find the page (post) that is most relevant to their search phrase.

You aren't concerned with the ranking of ONE page (the home page). You want to maximize the ranking of each individual post.

If, for whatever reason, Sid's advice doesn't register, simply edit the template section that populates your home page with the titles and snippets. Should only be a few lines of looping code. Find the <h1> tag and the </h1> tag and change them to <h2> and </h2>. Problem solved.

according to my experience of placing Heading tags properly for each webpage blog should contain only one H1 tag for the title of the article on the site, determined speech / gist / general public the most generalized internal on the page, cover what you want the reader to realize the article is the H1 card. Although it is good for SEO but if abuse is because google will think you're spamming.
As above, you only need to change the H1 by the code.
