When I type company name in google its show only company name not keyword in title. Why ?

Hello Everyone,
We proper optimized our website. Place all title and meta tag on website. When i search company with company name "engineerbabu" so its shows only engineerbabu without not title.

and When i search with keyword "Hire Freelancers Online" Its shows with title. See in below image
Can you anyone help what happened? And how can i improve these results ? I am waiting your responses.
