Ezine articles, can I change my resource box after article is approved and published? Or will the article have to go through approval all over again?

It took so long for the article to get approved, I have a different site I want to pimp in the resource box

I was wondering this also. I knew it had to be re-approved, but does anyone know if the article is pulled into draft until approved (causing it to be potentially de-indexed)?

Yes, as the other posters said, it goes into draft again until it is re-approved.

One bit of good news it that it usually get approved again within a couple of days. Unlike the original approval process which seems to be taking 2-3 weeks for me now!!!!!

I just revised a few articles and got basically 24 hour turnaround. Think one was that same day too.

Don't know for sure, but maybe they give existing stuff a little more priority since it affects their site.

For me, new articles are getting approved in 1-3 days on average.

I tried this once and didn't go back for a second attempt.

My article had almost 10k views and when I went to change the resource box they rejected the article claiming it was overly commercial. Obviously the first reviewer didn't think so, but they weren't going to change their mind.

Yeah, if you know you got away with something or don't understand/know all "the rules," it's best not to mess around.

I got one re-kicked because the title didn't match the article. Title was like "About Using Blue Widgets" and the article talked about ways to use blue widgets. LOL

Anyway, I just changed the title and it went right through. Sometimes I think the reviewers get in a hurry. No biggie though.

Yes you can change the resource box and your links in the box. The only thing is that you have to go through the approval process again. However I have found it to be a quicker process of approval than if you submitted the article for the first time.
