SEO outreach software: Does it exist?

Anyone know if there is software that makes the mind numbing HASSLE of outreach for SEO purposes go away?

In particular, I'm looking for an out of the box solution to:

1) Finding blogs that fit my keyword targets

2) These blogs must meet minimal TF/RD niche qualifications

3) These blogs must be taking guest posts

4) Contacting these blogs

5) Following up

6) Tracking success / failure rates and verifying guest post links

7) Tracking content allocation

Anyone know of any product?

If you simply do a search for "seo outreach software" you'll find a ton of them. You can review them and see which ones are closest to meeting your needs.

Do you have one that you already use and can recommend?

Though this doesn't do all of them, Mailshake is a FANTASTIC choice. I use it, love it, and get great results from it. Though you need to already have found email addresses and names of people you're reaching out to.

I`d totally recommend you to try LinkAssistant (that`s a link-building tool from SEO PowerSuite pack), as it basically does all the things you`ve listed:

You can run a research for your keywords to find the potential prospects (in fact there are over 10 search methods apart from looking for guest-posting opportunities), then you can analyze the prospects found to narrow the list to only worthy ones, and to get all available contact details.

For the outreach - there`s an in-app mailing module, which is extremely cool for reaching out and following-up from one place, you can also assign statuses to the prospects like 'emailed this one', 'second try', 'got a link', etc.

Finally, you can monitor the backlinks you gain - verify in real-time if they are in place and dofollow, if the anchor details are proper, and so on.

Perhaps that`s what you are looking for.

Does the tool list out the metrics I mentioned? Also, I'm assuming I am presented with a "FRESH SCRAPE" of information after my search. The info isn't "BATCHED" or is pulled from an existing database?

There are no CF/TF metrics, but you can check Alexa rank for prospects as well as PA/DA, InLink Rank, potential backlink value and some other domain factors. I`m pretty sure the search is being performed in real-time, no databases.

I was checking out another tool and it appears they pool their results. They also offer live search. No CF/TF though. I'm not sure that would work cuz CF/TF is crucial for linkbuilding as well as building the overall link footprint value of the asset for eventual sale.
