Hi everyone today need your opinion., I am still confused . I will try to explain my question point. Let's suppose http://www.elitereviewz.com/ is one reviews website and these website have 500+ pages but my question is how to create sitemap without plugin.? Without any tool.? I mean is it possible we can developed sitemap may self.

    In that case you have to code yourself. Or use any service that can generate the code for you.

    Yes you can update your sitemap in robots.txt file for index the pages.

      Hello fadia sheetal. I am already update sitemap again and again. but webmaster say same robots.txt issue but am not use on any page robots.txt . I don't know now what i do.

    Sure you can code a sitemap on your own if you want. Google supports the standard sitemap protocol, so you can just use the guidelines from sitemaps org to create one: https://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html

    If you`re not too savvy I`d say it`s more reliable to generate a sitemap with a tool to be sure it will crawl all your pages in full. In most of the tools you may filter the list anyway, and set all the rules like update frequency, priority, etc.

      Yes i am submit site may in webmaster but webmaster say sorry to indexing problem due to robot txt file.

    Sitemaps are not essential for SEO if your site has a good navigation structure. You did not mention whether you are trying to create an HTML one for site visitors or an XML one for Google Search Console. Either way, if you have a broad one of just your categories, Google should be able to take it from there.

    We've got an XML one for Search Console for our sites but have never put an HTML one on our sites. It's one of those things people tell you that you HAVE TO do but they really do very little for helping your pages get indexed unless you have a broken navigation structure. And, site maps do absolutely ZERO for helping your pages get ranked.
