Do you know about Google SEO Terms of Service update 2017?

In 2017, I lost my website's rank. My friends told me that Google has updated their SEO terms. But I don't know about new Terms. Do you know about the new terms?

For that, I have changed my on-page SEO from my website's every page. Please check my website's on-page SEO and Message me if you fell any On-page SEO problem. Then I can fix it. Please help me to get new rank from Google. I have low English knowledge so can't read Google terms.

    Google changed its algo but its link related not content related.

    And the page of your looks good to me just the loading time of the different elements are taking a bit long.

    All I can say is that for a place that supposedly specializes in social networking, the writing is worse than a 4th grader. Seriously people, if you cannot write, you need to quit now and stop wasting your time! You will never be successful when you cannot put two or three grammatically correct sentences together.

    Google has no seo terms of service, as nobody is a member of their seo services, nor do they have any such thing to begin with.

    If you choose to join, abuse, or upload into any of their programs, well, that's a different animal.

    Getting into their results does not require membership in, or even knowing about google.

    Sometimes I chuckle at what people think google is.
