Spam Result in Google

I am searching this phrase "quickbooks support phone number" in google and found the result with spam. I am just want to know how they index website in just 15 minutes and rank #1 in Google.

    It's may be easy to rank using spam methods but the sustainability is actually a question. If can't stay there for long as Google understands what is legitimate and what is spamming the world.

    Uh... eventbrite.com is an authority site. They spammed eventbrite and Google indexed the page.

    Scooby-Doo mystery solved.

    It doesn't matter because I'm reporting it as spam on eventbrite so it will get deindexed on Google, lol.
