Hi, how you doin?

My hoster put a wrong last modified header in my htaccess, setting "Last-Modified: 2014" on all the articles of my blog. The header was there for a month and i lost ranking and thousands of visitors. I removed the header, what do you suggest to do now?
  • Put the correct Last Modified header!
  • Leave the site without a Last-Modified header!

Are you sure it was the last modified header that caused the ranking drop?

I think yes because when i removed the header, the traffic/ranking stopped dropping, and it was dropping for a month.

Before the header traffic/ranking was 100%, after the drop 40. Since when i removed the header, 2 days a week is 60, other days 55-50, then 60 again for 2 days, etc.
