High PA & DA in Local niche but not ranking in first page?

Hi guys

I have this website that I'm trying to rank on the first page for the keyword "pressure washing miami"

http://urbanikpressurewashing.com/

According to MOZ my PA is 19 and my DA is 9

This should be enough to at least be in the first 5 pages but I'm not even in the first 10

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    DA and PA are not ranking factors. They are 3rd party metrics created by Moz.

    What have you done to try to rank the page?

      nothing yet really.

      I just made the title "Pressure Washing Services In Miami" an H1 tag

      and that is about it.

      I just bought some web 2.0 tumblr and weebly sites with high DA and PA but I thought that if I already have good metrics would pointing these links even help?

      What would you suggest I could do to rank for this keyword?

        Ok. So you have not done anything to try to rank, but you are surprised that you are not ranking? Not trying to sound rude, but I am sure you are not the only pressure washing business in Miami.

        The metrics have nothing to do with how Google ranks your page.

        I would recommend doing some research into local SEO. For local SEO, you want to make sure you create a Google My Business page and are creating citations for your business.

          I'm not surprised I'm not ranking.. Im getting ready to start doing what I need to do. just trying to understand this better.

          Also Im on 2 page two for the term "Pressure Washing Doral" but no where for the term "Pressure Washing Miami" so I thought that was interesting.

          I have already build citations and im ranking in the local pack for pressure washing doral.

    I have news for you those Moz values don't make you an authority in anything other than you exist
    if you had values over 50 then maybe you would be seen

    That is all the values show you, and do not contribute to getting ranked

    as Mike said you have done nothing to get your site ranked don't rely on strictly site authority it is only part of what is needed to be seen

    It depends on your competitors if your competitors have more backlinks than you then Google will give the priority not you.

      No they won't. It is not about the quantity of links. One really good link is more powerful than 100,000 low quality ones.
