Delayed Ranking In Google...What Is Going On?

I am not sure what happened, but ever since around late Fall 2016, my Google rankings have been delayed.

What I mean by this is that I don't get ranked in Google for around 7 days or so on average. I don't know why this is because I used to be able to publish content and be ranked within minutes.

I currently have around 300 posts on the website I am talking about and many first page rankings. I do everything by the books and use legitimate SEO practices so I don't think it would be that Google is punishing my site, but I don't know of any other possibility.

Are there any SEO experts out there that could help me out??? Any thoughts??

    Do you mean the website got de-indexed? Check it with good old 'site:domain' query to see if it`s de-indexed or (perhaps) hidden under supplementary results.

    Are you continuously creating backlinks for your website? Check out the crawl rate on google webmaster. If you find less crawl rate than previous, then definitely there's something happened. Maybe something technical, maybe something with backlink profile, maybe duplicate content issue. It's interesting to hear that after publishing content you get ranked within minutes. Maybe I need to train by you. Keen to learn.

    Wow, that's one of the least important complaints I have heard in quite some time. You are upset because it takes a whole week for your posts to rank well? I suppose if all of your posts are current event posts and a week later they are no longer relevant, it is a problem, but I doubt that is the case.

    Count your blessings. Whenever you are feeling down - whether it is about your health, your income or your website - remember there are people out there who are far worse off than you.
