Hi everyone,

I am helping a friend get more business. He's a gambling therapist.

I noticed that Gamblers Anonymous gets lots of traffic, and there is not a lot of ''competition'' for it.

My question is, can I use GA as follows: www.website.com/gamblers-anonymous-help.html ? Or would it infringe on their copyright?

The page will talk about GA, the pros and cons, etc. before selling the visitors on hiring my friend.

Thanks a lot for your time. I really appreciate it.

Gabriel

The Gamblers Anonymous name is a registered trademark of the Gamblers Anonymous International Service Office, P.O. Box 17173, Los Angeles, CA 90017
Don't know how strictly they protect trademark - but if they do the use of a non-profit .org trademarked name to promote a for-profit business not associated with the .org could be a problem.

I've had businesses that didn't mind their name used in a page title - and some who requested the page be taken down. IANAL.
