    For ranking you can apply both white hat and black hat method. If you apply white hat method than you should to off-page seo strongly and if you apply black hat seo than you reach on the rank but it is for a little time.

    You can't rank in a month. I think if it's an event it has less content to see. I recommend you use Facebook ads or google ads to get more traffics
