When I search keywords, I have found that my competitors have given some extra information like price or rating below the google search result. How can I create the same for my products?

All you have to do is look at the competitions HTML source code.

Yea, but that's hit and miss (schema code).

Like I said earlier, OP has the competition code example which is already proven to show on the SERPs.

Look at the competitor's HTML source code, copy and improve on what they have done. Don't just do what they have done. Improve on it so as to stay a step ahead of them.

In this case all OP wants is the price to show in the SERPs.

It's not going to rank a page, it's all about the CTR. If SERP traffic likes the price they might be more inclined to click the search listing and land on OPs money page vs a competition page that doesn't show a price on the SERPs.
